Georgian tennis player Mariam Bolkvadze closed the semi-final match of the Turkish ITF tournament after two games.
Bolkvadze was losing with one break after two games. It was obvious that her injury was preventing her from playing well.
Ayla Aksu from Turkey entered the final match instead of Bolkvadze, whose opponent will be revealed later. Bolkvadze’s withdrawal marks a disappointing end to her campaign in the tournament.
