The head coach of the Czech national team, Ivan Hašek, evaluated the match lost to Georgia in the League of Nations at the press conference and congratulated the team on their well-earned victory.
According to Hašek, he could not evaluate the game positively, stating that the single goal scored by his team reflected their performance. He conveyed his dissatisfaction with the result and was displeased with the final 10 minutes, during which the Georgians advanced over his team.
“As for the mood of the fans, we felt that emotion. It is not surprising that the Georgians cheered their team so emotionally and it had a little depressing effect on my players. It is disappointing that my prediction for the match did not come true. Hopefully, we will play better against Ukraine and the result will be better,” said Ivan Hašek.
