Japanese judoka Hifumi Abe became the Olympic champion in the 66 kg weight category. The Japanese athlete dedicated his victory to his sister Uta Abe.
Uta Abe was the favorite of the Olympics,however unexpectedly, she bowed out in the early stages of the Olympics.
Her brother Hifumi became the champion and dedicated this victory to his sister.
“Because of my sister’s loss, I felt bad, but I had to fight. I’m glad that I managed to win a gold medal for Uta,” said Hifumi Abe.
