Georgian freestyle wrestler Givi Macharashvili, in the final of the 97 kg weight category of the Paris Olympic Games, suffered a painful defeat against Bahrain’s representative Akhmed Tajudinov and won Olympic silver.
He with other Olympians, has already returned to his homeland, will rest for a short time and start preparing for higher results.
“I will give my all in order to bring a gold medal to Georgia at the next Olympics,” said Givi Macharashvili.
